Hi! Nice to meet you. My name is Aspen, and I'm the face behind LOLA'S! 

Baking for others (and myself!) has been one of my love languages for as long as I can remember.  
After I quit my 9-5, I decided to chase my dreams and make them reality. I realized it was time I let go of my expectations and do what makes me truly happy.  
Starting off strong may be an understatement, but that's just who I am! I flew almost 12,000 feet up into the clouds just to parachute my way down, after freefalling for about 30 seconds first. Once I made it safely to the ground, my next adventure began; I decided to follow my yogi heart. After months of perseverance, I obtained three certifications to teach Yin, Vinyasa, Hatha yoga and Sound Healing! I wasn't finished there though. I wanted to create my own business doing what I love, and that's LOLA'S. 
This is where my new journey begins, and I invite you alongside of me. Thank you for supporting my dreams.
